Originally there were v3 instruments with the v2 instruments. Apparently when I tried to use v2 and v3 instruments together it deleted all of the v3 instruments when I saved.
Took about half an hour to replace all the missing v3 instruments.

Hey, Starburst! Here's a bug to fix!

I might abandon this only cause the v3 instruments have better quality.
